1. Use of Website
The content of this website is for your general information and booking use only. Unauthorized use of this website or attempts to disrupt service operations is prohibited.
2. Cleaning Service Estimates & Scope
Gelen's Cleaning Services does not quote prices over the phone. Customers may call or text to describe their cleaning needs, but every estimate is performed in person. Gelen schedules a free walkthrough after 5 PM at a convenient date and time for the customer, inspects the entire home (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, baseboards, doors, windows, and overall condition), explains exactly what her cleaning services include, and agrees on the price with the customer before any work is scheduled. Pricing is determined by the home's condition and the amount of cleaning required. If on-site conditions vary substantially from what was discussed (e.g., severe biohazards or undisclosed hoarding conditions), adjusted estimates will be communicated prior to commencing work.
3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We pride ourselves on flawless results. If you are not completely satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Gelen’s team will promptly return to inspect and re-clean the designated area free of charge.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected schedule changes happen. We respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations or schedule shifts so our teams may adjust travel routes.
5. Governing Law
These terms and your use of our services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and Montgomery County.
